DrawRace

DrawRace is a fun take on many of the line drawing games available. This game has been out for quite some time now but it still is very entertaining. The idea is that you start off with a blank track and you draw out the path your car will travel during the race. When the race starts your car will travel the path yo drew. This requires a bit of know how in how race cars travel around race tracks to get the most efficient path. And even if you don't know., trial and error works perfectly.

One of the best features of this game is its multiplayer aspect. But its not just connecting online and playing against someone, all yo need is one device and one game. You basically take turns. Player one draws their track, then hands the device to player two who then proceeds to draw their track. Then both get to watch the cars race. Its an awesome idea and I wish more games would follow this type of multiplayer sharing. Not always do your friends have an iOS device or the same games as you. And this makes playing with your kids fun. Its interactive as well as educational (in the sense of what automotive racing teaches you)

Kona's Crate - Using a jet-powered platform as your vehicle, deliver the crate before it's destroyed. Much harder to control than your average box, use your thumbs and stellar maneuvering skill set to propel the crate through a maze of destructive elements. Adjust the gas of the platform with a sensitive touch as this crate is much more antsy than you think. But beware, the Chief can become mighty spiteful and will withhold the contents of the crate from you if you do not complete his task in a timely manner.

Dawn of the Dead

Dawn of the Dead is a run and gun type of game. It follows the story line (kind of) of the movie by the same name. The movie was okay... if you really want a good time watch this movie, then watch "Sean of the Dead". Its pretty entertaining.

Anyway, this game plays relativily well. The controls are okay, and you don't feel over encumbered with the horde of zombies coming at you.

My gripe comes with a few things. First, its fairly easy. This part was kind of enjoyable, but most of the game i got through without really upgrading my weapons at all. Just used a revolver. There is a limited amount of zombies to kill, so once you blast them all there is absolutely no challenge, you basically walk to your objectives without any effort.

Last of all and i think what makes this game weak is its length. I literally beat the entire game in one "sitting"...while sitting in the bathroom... The levels play through well but I wish there were more. Overall it feels like a ad for the movie and should be free.

Space Cargo 351 - Solve puzzles in sci-fi environments. Push boxes and other vague things. For whatever reason you need to get to the striped lines. I'm assuming because your bee colored suit lets you blend in to the stripes? wtf.. 32 puzzles along 4 levels of difficulty.

Infect Them All - Many zombie games out there but this one lets you be one. Infect humans through a multitude of levels. Awesome looking graphics and cute zombie victims.

Rocket Claw - Reel in astronauts with your claw as they float perilously through space! But make sure to destroy the aliens, comets, and other galactic hazards. Harvest space crystals and spend them on upgrades like the Big Claw and Defense Drone. Go for the highest score in Endless Mode, test your skills to stay alive in Survival Mode, or go for big point combos in Time Attack Mode.

Shoot The Birds - Your a scarecrow with a pumpkin for a head. You suck at your job so you need a crossbow. And because scaring things away just doesn't cut it anymore in this day and age... you brutally impale them with your arrows and watch the lifeless bodies fall down to earth. Great for all ages!!!

Braveheart HD - Flog people with a spinny thing on a chain and watch them die. They chase you because they are robots and you made your gear out of magnets... so naturally all the enemies in the world are automatically drawn to you.

Burnout Crash coming to iOS...where it should have been!

EA has announced that it will bring Criterion's latest, tiniest iteration in the Burnout franchise, Burnout Crash, to the iOS platform this holiday season. The punishing puzzle game, which originally launched on the PSN and XBLA, seems like a perfect fit for handheld devices -- though we don't suggest playing it while driving in real life.

A post on EA's blog makes the upcoming version of the game sound true to the original, including "three game modes, 18 traffic junctions and six unique locations." As long as Dr. Beat and his nitroglycerin-infused ambulance make an appearance, we'll be satisfied.
